Full Time Job- ITSM Consultant / Specialist @ Sao Paulo or Curitiba (Hybrid- 3 days Onsite) Job Title: ITSM Consultant / Specialist Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview: The ITSM Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Service Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices. This role supports transformation initiatives across clients such as Petrobras and Banco Bradesco, ensuring scalable, automated, and compliant service delivery. Key Responsibilities Design and implement ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management. Lead ServiceNow platform deployments and enhancements, including Catalog Items, Flow Designer, and CMDB integrations. Conduct workshops and ideation sessions to define workflows for fulfillment and assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business objectives. Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support automation efforts to reduce incident volumes and improve resolution times. Required Skills Strong expertise in ServiceNow (CSA certified preferred), including scripting, integration, and catalog design. Proficiency in ITIL framework and ITSM tools (e.g., BMC, OpenText). Experience with CMDB, ATF, and platform analytics. Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful APIs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications ITIL v4 Foundation or higher Preferred Experience 2+ years in ITSM consulting or delivery roles. Experience in telecom, banking, or energy sectors. Prior involvement in large-scale transformation programs (e.g., Petrobras reallocation, Bradesco sourcing). Soft Skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Collaborative and proactive in cross-team engagements. Performance Indicators Reduction in incident volumes through automation (target: 20–30%). SLA adherence and customer satisfaction scores. Successful deployment of ITSM modules within agreed timelines.
