You will be part of a dynamic, creative team, that will allow you to unfold your individual potential.For this team we are looking for a highly motivated Senior developer with ABAP knowledge to support us in our mission safeguard our customer deployments by ensuring the content lifecycle based on content framework, including integration and activation of highly integrated business content for our customers.**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:- Investigate, analyze complex problems; and resolve critical content related issues for S/4 HANA customers- Managing internal and external escalations incl. Customer communication (if required)- Providing timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to SAP customers according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA).- Temporarily safeguard customers in critical/escalated situations- **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**- University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related fields with above average results- Solid experience with ABAP, ABAP OO- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Customer and quality focus- Open and professional communication style- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- SAP related experience is preferred**WORK EXPERIENCE**- Experience in development coordination, project or development management is a plus- Experience in working with international teams is a plusLI-Hybrid**We are SAP****Our inclusion promise**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
