As an example, Accounting and Finance Specialists at AGCO can perform a number of tasks. Some examples include accounting tasks throughout the month, and at month end, as well as ensuring accounts receivable are recorded, and this might include reconciling accounts receivable ledgers. You may also have opportunities to work with extended warranty provider to reconcile monthly activity, prepare the bad debt reserve, prepare necessary reclasses, prepare daily journal entry sign off files during close, and more. In these teams, you can also have experiences in planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis of AGCO brands. These teams will cover various facets of the accounting function such as payroll, cash, accounts receivable, inventory, etc. Our Accounting and Finance teams also have leadership opportunities across our organization that can lead projects or people.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Fluency in English Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP Required
- Knowledge of US GAAP and BR GAAP CPA, CFA, CRC Preferred

In these roles you will work a hybrid schedule in our Jundiai location to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues. Our teams work 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
