What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead client-facing sessions to gather, validate, and refine business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into system design and workflows within the platform
  • Document current and future state business process flows to ensure traceability
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are achieved
  • Deliver tailored training and lead user acceptance testing sessions for clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6–8+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT, or Consulting, preferably within the Quote-to-Cash and Billing ecosystem
  • Strong functional expertise in billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes
  • Hands-on experience implementing SaaS solutions with a focus on business analysis and configuration
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and cloud integration methods
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with an ability to drive decisions
