- Lead client-facing sessions to gather, validate, and refine business requirements
- Translate business requirements into system design and workflows within the platform
- Document current and future state business process flows to ensure traceability
- Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are achieved
- Deliver tailored training and lead user acceptance testing sessions for clients
- 6–8+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT, or Consulting, preferably within the Quote-to-Cash and Billing ecosystem
- Strong functional expertise in billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes
- Hands-on experience implementing SaaS solutions with a focus on business analysis and configuration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and cloud integration methods
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with an ability to drive decisions
