Let’s talk**Key Accountabilities**:**We will rely on you to**:/**You’ll support our success by**:- Show tact and confidence in talking to client stakeholders. Ensure you’re leveraging your knowledge and wider AMS network to propose solutions that deliver the right results for your clients and AMS e.g., proposing alternative ways to find niche skills in a competitive market.**Skills & Experience**:**What you need to have to be successful**:- Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.- Experience of using a range of tools, ideally Workday, Computrabajo, OCC, LinkedIn, or Phenom.- Confident in using MS Office, Windows and/or other similar products and confident using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies.- Specialist sourcing experience with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive talent.**Other**:**Why AMS?**At AMS, we recognise the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems.
