Job Description

A Registered NMC Nurse with experience as a scrub practitioner in a theatre, or an HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner, should possess:

  • Knowledge and experience of working with an ophthalmic team, which will be key in this role.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current research and developments in theatre practice.

  • A sound knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk management within the operating department.
