Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Product and Games Services Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the gaming industry and eager to contribute across multiple stages of the publishing lifecycle. From hunting promising titles to executing go-to-market strategies, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our games in Brazil and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities Game Sourcing & Evaluation
  • Lead the identification and assessment of potential game titles for publishing through strategic market research, trend forecasting, and proactive developer engagement.
  • Establish and cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with game developers and studios to build a robust content pipeline.
Market & Player Insights
  • Oversee the design and execution of research initiatives to gain insights into player behavior, preferences, and market gaps.
  • Analyze gaming trends to guide publishing decisions and diversify the portfolio.
Product & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Drive collaboration across teams (Product, Marketing, Community, QA, Localization) for seamless game launches and live operations.
  • Develop and maintain publishing roadmaps aligned with company goals and market timelines.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Define and oversee marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand and audience segmentation.
  • Manage go-to-market plans, including campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community initiatives.
Live Operations & Performance Optimization
  • Manage live game operations, including content updates, events, and user engagement.
  • Track KPIs and report for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or gaming-related field.
  • 8+ years in the gaming market, with experience in product, marketing, user research, testing, or business development.
  • Understanding of gaming culture and market in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience leading teams for over 3 years.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
