Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.**What you will do**:Design and enhance SAP PM/EAM systems to align with business needs and support global operations. Key Responsibilities include:- Lead complex projects from design to delivery.- Work across time zones with diverse teams.- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.- Adapt to flexible hours, including occasional late-night calls.**About you**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA EAM, including configuration, Fiori Apps, ABAP, SAP SSAM mobileapp, RSH and authorization roles.- Experience in an Architect role (or technical leadership equivalent experience) is required to ensure readiness for the responsibilities of thisposition- Experience in managing complex projects, including business requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support- Practical experience in plant decommissioning processes and phases- Experience in SAP PM/EAM Data Migration using LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.- Knowledge and experience in maintenance processes such as Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance.- Expertise in data migration tools such as LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.- Advanced English**Your benefits**:An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
