**The Role**
As **Sales Agent**, you will be responsible for driving demand and sales of their product lines among **distributors, dealers, architects, builders, and contractors**. You will be a key player in expanding their footprint in the **South American** region, working closely with stakeholders to deliver growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
Develop and manage a portfolio of dealers, architects, builders, and contractors.
Maintain a strong call schedule to increase product awareness and demand.
Provide **technical training** and support to builders, remodelers, and installers.
Build and maintain relationships with key **distributors and dealer networks**.
Identify new opportunities in adjacent markets and expand customer reach.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Report on sales performance, forecasts, and business insights.
**What You'll Need**
**3-10+ years of experience** in **technical sales** (Decking or wood building materials preferred).
Strong knowledge of **construction materials and value chain selling**.
**Bachelor's degree** in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
Fluent in **Spanish, Portuguese & English** (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and customer relationship skills.
Valid **driving license** and willingness to travel.
