**About the role**
We are looking for a **Project Manager**to lead the **technical and strategic execution** of **high-complexity, high-impact** projects. You will be a reference for **operational excellence**, **process design**, and **stakeholder management** (internal and external), working **across multiple geographies** and **bridging operations and strategy**. This role requires **autonomy**, **informal/technical leadership**, and **high flexibility** to handle scope changes, shifting priorities, and schedules across time zones.
**What you'll do**
- Lead complex strategic projects with multiple workstreams, functions, and countries.
- Orchestrate resources, schedules, and integrations across internal teams and clients.
- Manage risks (mitigation plans, scope adjustments) with autonomy.
- Design governance: macro and tactical plans, rituals, committees, and executive reporting.
- Create replicable standards and frameworks (templates, RACI, stakeholder maps).
- Deploy automations and dashboards (performance, impact, and efficiency KPIs).
- Represent the function in internal forums and with senior stakeholders (incl. C-Level).
- Mentor analysts, drive onboarding, and promote best practices.
- Run post-mortems and consolidate lessons learned for the knowledge base.
- Reprioritize and adapt plans quickly in light of new information, context changes, and client needs (**operational flexibility**).
**You're the right person if**
- You have **3-5 years** of experience in **project management** (consulting, organizational transformation, or structured PMOs).
- You are fluent with collaboration and project tools (Planner, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Salesforce).
- You communicate clearly with diverse audiences, **influence without formal authority**, and manage expectations.
- You work with **autonomy**, strategic prioritization, and an **ownership** mindset.
- You are **flexible** to handle scope/priority changes, **switch contexts across workstreams**, adjust to **different time zones/schedules**, and, when needed, **travel occasionally**.
**Nice-to-haves (plus factors)**
- Certifications/studies in **PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Kanban, Lean**.
- Experience in **multiregional** and **multifunctional** environments.
- Experience in **large-scale organizational transformation**.
- Solid understanding of **BI/data visualization** (Power BI, Tableau).
- Track record in **team development**, trainings, and technical mentoring.
