The Purpose: As Customer Funds Reconciliation Analyst at PPRO, you will be part of the Financial Operations Team, interacting with several areas of our Global Team to ensure a proper track and analysis of our Customer Funds and Cost of Sales. Responsibilities Support the accounting and reporting team with a focus on reconciliation of customer funds and cost of sales, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and processes. Support activities to prepare, compare, identify, analyze and solve differences in customer funds and cost of sales to gain a deep understanding of PPRO\'s processes. Improve the quality and speed of internal customer funds and cost of sales analysis and create new reports. Maintain financial controls and KPIs up to date. Answer and resolve account manager inquiries related to reconciliations. Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the reconciliation and accounting process, ensuring fair and unbiased finance practices. Work closely with partners to understand needs and develop effective improvement plans. Respond promptly to internal area inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to support their needs. Actively listen to feedback to continuously improve the area and ensure alignment with business needs. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or 2-3 years minimum proven experience in the financial area. Proficiency in English is essential (ability to conduct meetings and presentations in English). Desirable proficiency in Spanish. Ease of handling different systems. Analytical and investigative skills. Ability to work within fixed and short timeframes, especially during month-end closure. Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams around the globe. Multi-tasking and resilient profile to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
