Ability to translate financial data into dashboards and insightful data visualizations. Experience working with financial experts and firms as part of multi-disciplinary teams. UI/UX SkillsPromote and practice robust design principles, ensuring optimal user experiences. Contribute to the development of a design system and shaping UI components. Create high-quality, responsive UI designs with great attention to macro and micro design elements. Work from research, personas and data to map user journeys and ideate new features to meet user needs. Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing. Demonstrate a strong working understanding and application of accessibility guidelines. Interpret and adhere to brand guidelines and actively contribute to their evolution. Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure effective coding of UI functionality. Present and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
