E-Commerce Platform Operator Jr (Bachelor`s Degree)

We are seeking an E-commerce Platform Operator to join our team.

About Us

We are a global leader in SaaS solutions for video streaming, serving diverse markets worldwide. We are expanding into new industries and creating a new product team to enhance development and support. Our goal is to build an improved SaaS platform for streaming solutions, enabling clients to launch custom mobile, TV, and web apps for live and VOD content, aiming to become the Nº1 vendor of streaming SaaS solutions within three years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Business Development, Customer Service, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure brand strategy alignment.
  • Support integrations with third-party applications, add-ons, and tools.
  • Identify and resolve data and configuration anomalies within the platform; maintain system integrity.
  • Assist in daily problem-solving, error correction, and support activities.
  • Provide system administration support, including user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
  • Advise on campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and campaign setup efficiency.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configurations.
  • Manage app submissions to app stores (Apple Store, Google Play, Samsung, LG), ensuring proper configuration and analyzing app metrics.
  • Manage software licenses and sales site configurations.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and define business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills.
  • Understanding of digital user behaviors and app interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage expectations, handle cross-functional initiatives, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work 3x2 in a hybrid model (office and remote).

Plus:

  • Experience in telecommunications, startups, technology, mobile, internet, paid TV, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
