Principais Responsabilidades:                                                                                                                     

PLANEJAMENTO FINANCEIRO:                

  • Coletar dados sobre performance financeira da empresa e analisar investimentos;
    Elaborar e apresentar relatórios de controles financeiros para COO e CFO da empresa.       

GERIR FLUXO DE CAIXA:                                                                                                                                    

  • Controlar orçamentos e riscos de investimentos para tomada de decisões financeiras estratégicas;         

GERENCIAR EQUIPES:                                                                                                                                 

  • Gerenciar áreas financeira, contábil e administrativa da empresa; responsável direto pelos supervisores financeiro e administrativo e gerente contábil/tributário/ fiscal;                                                                

CONTROLE DE FINANÇAS:

  • Gerir riscos financeiros e atuar junto a diretoria para tomada de decisões estratégicas;                                       

ELABORAR E ANALISAR RELATÓRIOS:                                                                                  

  • Preparar e apresentar relatórios financeiros para diretoria e auditoria externa;     

 RELACIONAMENTO:                                                                                                                          

  • Comunicar resultados aos stakeholders; criar e estabelecer um bom relacionamento com todas os envolvidos com área financeira; 

CUIDAR DA SAÚDE FINANCEIRA DA EMPRESA:                                                                                

  • Administrar os investimentos financeiros ativos e passivos da empresa;
  • Definir e implementar estratégias financeiras;
  • Otimizar a estrutura de capital;
  • Maximizar a eficiência operacional dos setores financeiro, contábil e administrativo;
  • Gerar e oferecer aos responsáveis e parceiros, informações financeiras;
  • Atuar como consultor apresentando estratégias COO, CFO e demais executivos e investidores. 
Requisitos:

Requisitos Obrigatórios:                                                                                                      

  • Experiência comprovada no cargo;                                                                                      
  • Conhecimento profundo em todas as atividades solicitadas no cargo;
  • Curso superior completo em administração, economia ou áreas afins;
  • Forte habilidade de relacionamento e liderança;                                                                                                                

Requisitos Desejáveis:    

  • Cursos superiores complementares em Contabilidade e áreas afins;
  • Cursos de especialização ou pós graduação em finanças;
Benefícios

Formato Contração e Horário de Trabalho:                                                   

  • Contratação PJ;                                                                                                                            
  • 44hs semanais: horário comercial;                                                                                                                                                                       
    Oportunidade Oferece:                                                                                                        
  • Remuneração: R$18.000;
  • Benefícios: Ticket Refeição R$ 1.000,00 (mensal);
  • 13° Salário;
  • Bônus: Anual de até 2,5 salários;
