**SR BUYER**
**Job description**:
- Issue and expedite requests for quotations for high complexity items/services;
- Send technical clarification agendas to bidders; analyze and equalize commercial proposals;
- Negotiate with bidders in order to obtain better commercial conditions and comply with the Budget;
- Issue Comparative Quotation Maps and purchase recommendations;
- Elaborate and send out Purchase Orders and their revisions;
- Diligence Purchase Orders;
- Elaborate and renew high complexity contracts according to the business need;
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing processes for high complexity scope (Commercial Evaluation, Financial Evaluation, Capacity x Demand Evaluation, among others);
- Collaborate in the supplier qualification/development process;
- Negotiate with strategic suppliers, working on quotations, biddings or defining alternative sources of supply;
- Monitor supplier performance according to TechnipFMC policies;
- Seek new suppliers for high complexity items; collect and analyze internal customer feedback and supplier performance (based on defined KPIs);
- Conduct the supplier management program with strategic partners;
- Measure performance and manage relationships with strategic suppliers.

**You are meant for this job if**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Foreign Trade or related areas.
- Knowledge in Procurement activities;
- Experience in issuing and expediting RFQs for highly complex items/services;
- Knowledge of analyzing and equalizing commercial proposals;
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers;
- Knowledge of elaboration and renewal of high complexity contracts
- Experience in searching for new suppliers of highly complex items
- Knowledge of issuing Comparative Quotation Maps and recommendations for purchase;
- Experience in drafting and submitting Purchase Orders and their revisions;
- Knowledge of Purchase Order expediting
- Knowledge in Oracle, Ariba (for quotations) - desirable
- knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Advanced English
