**Main Responsibilities**:
2. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
3. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the codebase and development practices.
5. Debug, profile, and resolve technical issues.
6. Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, best practices, and community tools.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
1. Solid experience in Flutter development, with a portfolio of apps across **mobile and web.**
2. Deep understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and best practices.
3. Ability to a**nalyze, propose, and implement architecture improvements.**
4. Experience working in **agile teams** using tools like Git, Jira, or similar.
5. **Fluent English**(spoken and written) with clear communication and technical articulation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
**Desirable**:
1. Experience with international clients or distributed teams.
2. Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines, Flutter web optimization**, and performance profiling.
3. Track record of delivering complex technical solutions in fast-paced environments.
