The company builds next‑generation AI‑powered B2C and SaaS products, including a flagship tool that transforms long‑form video into short clips. The role focuses on bringing the product to top Reddit discussions through native posts, comments, AMAs, and throw‑ins, creating a permanent brand presence in target subreddits. Responsibilities Creation and warming up of characters for Reddit (brand voice / experts / clients) Posting and commenting with precise targeting of the target audience Curation of content from the team and freelancers Launching AMA posts, memes, polls Maintaining a database of subreddits, analytics, best hits Tools Reddit, Reddit Enhancer, Notion, Figma, Meme generators GPT, Midjourney, CapCut VPN, proxy, warming tools, Telegram bots Zapier (notifications for new threads) Requirements 1+ years of experience with Reddit: know where and what you can do Writing on behalf of a brand or know how to add technical humor Know how to bypass shadow‑ban, use multi‑accounts Having Reddit profiles (or ghost‑posts) that you are proud of and consider relevant International experience Experience in a startup that last up to 1 year Russian C1+ English C1+ Nice to have Experience in X / LinkedIn / YouTube Shorts etc Benefits Competitive salary from your competencies Full‑time remote position Experience in an international project Stable, fast‑growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
