**MISSION**
The Wholesale and Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for achieving the sales targets assigned to retail, ecommerce & wholesale trough an Omni-channel approach while keeping a sustainable and well balanced network of distributors.
This individual will report to the brand manager and will be in charge of the correct implementation of the global and local strategy in Brazil, in close contact with the retailers, External Boutique, sales Executives and End Clients, to obtain brand visibility, generate brand Awareness in order to achieve budgets and generate Brand Equity.

**Reaching sell-out, market share and sell-in objectives**
- Delivers agreed sales budget while focusing on SO performance and growth, targeting a minimum SOSI landing at 100% LFL at the end of the FY.
- Full management of the inventory
- Ensures a flawless VM presentation of Panerai in each store under supervision
- Builds a meaningful and actionable business plan for each retailer
- Conducts ROI and effective analysis with sales department to provide specific recommendation and key learnings
- Training: Implement training program for wholesale and Retail teams
**Driver of change and development**
- Manages an effective and profitable retail network (KPIs, negotiation, CRM & Client experience)
- Establishes and develop the wholesale strategy (E-Commerce included) in partnership operational mode while retailizing them, auto-replenishment, Client Acquisition Visual Merchandising, demand creation and satisfaction of the Specialists' final clients.
- Optimize Model Stock profile for each customer to increase door profitability and reduce risk of return (Costs)
- Pro-Active on drive sales tools implementation to increase market share
- Boutique first : Set up all the condition for an healthy business in our boutique(s)
- Ensures premium visibility for the brand in POS (In & Out)
**Owns the sales and retail annual budget**
- Discuss & establish WS, Ecommerce & Retail budget with Brand Manager
- Manages the local sales budget as well as the retail & WS P&L
- Monitors inventory and other financial targets related to the activity (DSO)
- Coordinates the supply chain from SFC to shipping, liaising with HQ and local finances team.
- Works with RSS to ensure CS and repairs are well executed & on time : Clients' interest always first
- Supports any new initiative (Group or Brand) regarding retail or sales.
- Responsible for the local budget and optimization of the ( Sales, S&D + CAPEX + T&E)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Administration and Target
- Supervise and support PAN BRA Sales Admin work in all dedicated tasks— including but not limited to sales order entry and maintenance and reporting.
- Budget Controlling (Sales, T&E and S&D), Keeping in line with local P&L
- Sales performance, analysis and SOSI focus
- Strategic Plan
- Specific Sales and Action Plan for each channel (retailer, door and ecommerce)
- Visual Merchandising and prime
- Visibility in POS
3. Sales Events
- Coordinate with marketing all local and global events focusing on sales and final ROI reporting
- Develop High level negotiations with end clients and dealers
4. Supply Chain Back Office
- Purchase Orders to HQ EDI
- Booster/Stock Control
- Forecast and Reports
5. Retalization and Booster
- Model Stock, automatic Replenishment and manual order Trough Booster
- CRM Data Sharing and PAMGUARD
- Match & Race Program Development
6. External Boutique and Wholesale Development
- Sales Executives KPI follow up and Training
- Model Stock and Retalization and Sales performance
- Business Plan
**PROFILE**
- At least 4 years of experience in Management Wholesale channels
- Strong knowledge of the Luxury Industry
- Manifest customer centricity mindset in all aspects of the business to ensure client-centric experience
- Perfect understanding of client satisfaction, luxury experience and strong sense for etiquette and human behavior, as well as ethics and integrity.
- Strong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence and politeness
- Open and outgoing personality
- Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
- Excellent communicator with ability to develop strong networks
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
