IT Tech Recruiter na HUNT - Recrutamento para Tecnologia e Digital Analista de Requisitos e Soluções Pleno ou Sênior O analista de requisitos /soluções fará parte de uma equipe multidisciplinar dedicada a projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento de sistemas complexos, principalmente software, para os produtos da empresa (indústria multinacional). Atividades: Compreender as necessidades do cliente interno e capturar requisitos, considerando aspectos contratuais e contribuições de diversos membros do projeto, como coordenadores, líderes técnicos, designers de UX e analistas de qualidade. Orientar a concepção dos sistemas, gerenciando tecnicamente as modificações ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto. Apoiar os gerentes, fornecendo informações técnicas sobre a evolução e os riscos do projeto. Propor melhorias e acompanhar as entregas dos projetos. Requisitos: Formação superior em Engenharia de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia Elétrica ou afins. Experiência em projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento de sistemas de software. Conhecimento e prática em metodologias ágeis. Habilidades interpessoais para construir relacionamentos com clientes e conduzir discussões técnicas. Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e habilidades de liderança. Inglês avançado (C1) – conversação, leitura e escrita. Gostar de inovação e projetos desafiadores. Disponibilidade para fixar residência na região de Porto Alegre - RS. Bom conhecimento em análise de negócios. Experiência na concepção e desenvolvimento de produtos de software ou Software as a Service (SaaS). Experiência na gestão de requisitos de sistemas. Conhecimento em técnicas de modelagem de sistemas e softwares. Conhecimento em técnicas de modelagem de processos de negócios. Experiência na gestão de requisitos de produtos para processos de certificação ou conformidade com normas. Vivência com Figma. Atuação : Híbrido na região de Porto Alegre - RS #J-18808-Ljbffr
