Responsibilities Analyze and optimize the brand website and CRM platforms to improve performance and user experience; Monitor user behavior, lead generation, and conversion funnels; Generate data‑driven insights to support marketing and sales decision‑making; Prepare and present regular performance reports and analytical dashboards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience with web analytics tools and CRM systems; Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills. Location and work-mode: 100% on‑site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi). #J-18808-Ljbffr
