IT Test Automation Engineer Mid-Senior

Overview Company: Eurofins Scientific. Location: Remote – Brazil (must be located in Brazil). The team develops software applications in-house to support Eurofins laboratories globally. The Clinical LIMS Europe Program will be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe and plays a crucial role in defining and delivering the product roadmap. Responsibilities Test preparation — You will draw up/update your test cases based on specifications and prepare to execute them correctly and completely. Review requirements supplied by the customer for completeness, correctness and clarity (reviews) Apply black box test design techniques (EP/BVA/Decision Table/State Transition/Use Case) Select and prioritize test cases that qualify for automation and/or regression Test execution — You ensure correct application of the test plan. Create test log, including Pass/Fail result Create defects with sufficient test evidence and discuss with developers Exploratory testing with inside information Automate testing processes with approved tooling Test report — Analysis of the test results and communication. Communicate results to the Test Lead Provide daily test reports Suggest test improvements Qualifications Education / Qualifications / Knowledge Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject or demonstrable relevant business experience Experience / Skills 3 years minimum testing experience Experienced with FrontEnd and BackEnd Test Automation Experience with testing Desktop Applications (Delphi) Some knowledge of test management tools and defect management systems Excellent knowledge of Portuguese and English; French or German is a plus Analytical mindset Motivation to develop Test Automation in the short term and implement automated processes Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customers Experience with coding test automation scripts Programming skills (JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.) Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, TDD, and related development practices We offer A competitive salary package Extensive on-the-job coaching and training opportunities Opportunities to work within a multicultural, cross-regional team as part of an international and fast-growing organization A dynamic working environment with emphasis on personal development and growth Highlights of this position Hybrid work from Indaiatuba-SP English fluency and test automation experience in back-end and front-end (Web and Client-Server architectures) Working hours Monday to Friday — 8:00 to 17:00 Additional information We support your development.
