The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the team in operational excellence, guiding them in efficiency and compliance through regular training and adherence to work instructions. Key areas of focus include: Operational Leadership: Efficiency and Compliance - Oversight of daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives Training and Development: Conduct initial and ongoing training for QC Coordinators (QCCs) to enhance their skills and knowledge IRIS Compliance: Oversee IRIS accuracy and compliance for the Region to ensure data integrity and quality Financial Oversight: Improve cash flow and reduce the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) by optimizing financial processes Budget Management: Support the Regional Manager in budget maintenance to ensure effective resource allocation Gross Profit Targets: Ensure gross profit objectives by overseeing client and inspector negotiations to maximize revenue The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of industry experience, with 5 years in a leadership role, and extensive knowledge of oil and gas projects. They will be highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of multitasking, with strong leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
