Job Title: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a key role that involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, sales outreach, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of the industry and market trends. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Driving growth through the development of new business relationships and partnerships. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and performance. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultative sales or business development role. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A strong understanding of the industry and market trends, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
