System Project Specialist

System Project Specialist:

As a system project specialist, will be responsible for business requirement collection, analysis, and management to ensure requirements are launched on time and with quality.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Collection and Analysis: Responsible for gathering business suggestions for system improvements, conducting requirement analysis based on actual business processes and management rules, and clarifying requirements with the system development team to ensure a correct understanding of requirements for system development.

2. Requirement Management and Tracking: Maintain a record of requirement changes and track the progress of their implementation. Before rolling out new features, responsible for feature validation, rollout notifications, or new feature training.

3. Business Support: Provide system knowledge to the business team to ensure an understanding of the current system functionality. Assist the business team in resolving system bugs.

Qualifications:

1. Outgoing and able to communicate effectively in Portuguese, Chinese, and English languages.

2. Excellent communication, understanding, and logical analysis skills. Capable of accurately summarizing and conveying the requirements of the business team.

3. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in system requirements analysis, product management, or project management is preferred.
