Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Airtable Analyst/Project Coordinator . In this position, you will work closely with resource managers to track plans, schedule meetings, and coordinate updates with stakeholders. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating Airtable based on input from various teams. This includes creating and managing runbooks in Confluence and troubleshooting technical tools and applications as needed. Key Responsibilities Analyze feedback from the field and other teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment across hiring managers, technical managers, and leadership. Maintain and update Airtable based on input from various teams. Create and manage runbooks in Confluence. Troubleshoot technical tools and applications as needed. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience. 1+ years of experience with Airtable. Strong technical aptitude with a developer mindset. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Location The position is primarily remote, but you must be willing to commute within 1.5 hours of the Greater Philadelphia area when required.
