Buscamos um(a) Profissional SAP com experiencia em implementação e gestão de Suporte AMS, com elevado conhecimento de mercado, e experiencia em SAP ECC e S/4 Hana. Responsabilidades do projeto Analisar, com base nas informações fornecidas pelo cliente, o contrato vigente, escopo, níveis de serviço, volume de tickets, SLAs, custos e responsabilidades do fornecedor atual. Revisar indicadores de atendimento e qualidade disponibilizados pelo cliente. Realizar benchmarking de mercado para identificar e qualificar outros provedores de TMA/AMS SAP e soluções fiscais. Comparar modelos de serviço, estruturas de equipe, SLAs e custos entre diferentes provedores. Elaborar matriz comparativa entre o fornecedor atual e os potenciais novos fornecedores. Avaliar custo-benefício, riscos e capacidade técnica dos provedores analisados e propor cenários alternativos. Produzir relatórios de análise e benchmarking. Preparar apresentação executiva com conclusões e recomendações. Requisitos técnicos e de experiência Experiência prévia em projetos de PMO, Service Delivery, IT Business Partner, Vendor Management ou Consultoria , em ambiente SAP. Vivência com TMA/AMS , gestão de tickets e SLAs , preferencialmente em contratos de outsourcing de suporte SAP. Conhecimento funcional em SAP (ex.: SD/MM e/ou FI ) e/ou em soluções fiscais (DFE, Tax One ou similares). Experiência comprovada em gestão e avaliação de fornecedores de TI (incluindo análise de performance, custos e qualidade de serviço). Capacidade de conduzir análises de mercado de provedores de serviços de TI. Capacidade analítica, estruturação de informação e elaboração de relatórios e apresentações para stakeholders de negócio e TI. Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal em português e inglês .
