Key Responsibilities: Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory. Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions for enterprise clients. Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation. Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency. Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development. Skill Set: 3-4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments. 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365. Strong background in Intune and mobile device management. Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions. Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation. Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
