Commercial Finance Manager
We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support financial planning, performance analysis, and business decision-making. This role is a key business partner to the commercial and sales teams, focused on driving profitable growth through actionable financial insights.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in commercial finance, experience in manufacturing or aftermarket industries, and fluency in professional-level English to effectively collaborate across regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial activities.
- Deliver profitability analysis by product line, customer, and distribution channel to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer profitability.
- Monitor revenue, margin, and operating performance metrics;
identify trends and keydrivers. - Conduct variance analysis and present clear recommendations to improve performance.
- Partner with supply chain and plant finance teams to ensure full alignment of commercial and operational plans.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting related to commercial activities.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support compliance with corporate and regional financial policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
MBA or CPA is a plus. - Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset;
ability to translate financial insights into business action. - Fluency in professional-level English is required for cross-border collaboration and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
experience with SAP and Hyperion (HFM) preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
able to build partnerships across functions and levels.
