Job Title We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technology assessment projects within asset management entities. Lead assessments to identify gaps and opportunities, and define transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals. Conduct technical evaluations of complex architectures regarding functionality, scalability, and performance. Oversee the selection, design, and implementation of core investment, portfolio management, risk, distribution, and reporting platforms. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of proposed solutions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or technology transformation roles within asset managers or banks with asset management operations. Deep understanding of the Brazilian asset management industry: local regulations (CVM, ANBIMA), products, processes, and key market players. Proven experience in technology assessment and system implementation projects in the investment environment. Familiarity with integration technology stacks and cloud architectures. Strong background in system architecture, integration models, and data modeling. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Advanced English.
