🔹 Vaga: Release Manager

•Buscamos um Release Manager altamente motivado e com perfil analítico, responsável por garantir um fluxo de trabalho coeso e sincronizado entre nossa equipe de desenvolvimento, stakeholders e gerentes de transição. Essa função é essencial para o sucesso de nossos projetos, exigindo boa comunicação, senso de responsabilidade e um conhecimento sólido em ferramentas de automação e gerenciamento de releases.

🔹 Principais Responsabilidades:

•Atuar como Release Manager para coordenar e garantir a entrega bem-sucedida de releases em conformidade com cronogramas e qualidade esperada.

•Gerenciar e otimizar o processo de deploy e integração contínua entre diferentes ambientes.

•Assegurar a manutenção correta e organizada de todos os itens nos sistemas Jira e Service Now para todos os desenvolvedores.

•Controlar e configurar interfaces e materiais de segurança (Security Materials e Keystore) no SAP Cloud Integration.

•Desenvolver e gerenciar automações em Jenkins, integrando CPI, Gitea, Crucible e Service Now.

•Coordenar o pool de recursos da Inetum, assegurando a correta alocação de pessoal em sprints específicos.

•Facilitar a comunicação eficaz entre desenvolvedores, stakeholders e gerentes de transição.

•Controlar histórias de usuário e sprints através do Jira.

🔹 Requisitos:

•Experiência prévia como Release Manager, com conhecimento de gerenciamento de releases e automação de pipelines.

•Conhecimento básico em SAP Integration Suite e SAP BTP, incluindo configuração de parâmetros externos, certificados e transportes com cTMS.

•Familiaridade com controle de transporte e desenvolvimento de interfaces em SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

•Experiência com ferramentas de CI/CD, como Jenkins e Git.

•Habilidade em trabalhar com ferramentas de gerenciamento de tarefas como Jira e Service Now.

•Senso de propriedade e responsabilidade sobre a função, com forte atenção aos detalhes.

•Boas habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de engajar diferentes perfis de stakeholders e equipes técnicas.
