You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver consistent and smooth experiences across iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken) — mandatory 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native 10+ years of overall development experience (any technology) Strong knowledge of: React Native architecture State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API or similar) Component lifecycle, hooks, componentization, and navigation Experience with: API integration Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Distribution) App Store and Google Play publishing processes Mobile CI/CD pipelines Version control and Git best practices Additional assets: Experience with native iOS development (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) Strong understanding of mobile security, encryption, and secure data storage Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Autonomy, proactivity, and a hands-on attitude 🚀 What We Expect From You 🗣 Strong communication and collaboration skills 💡 Proactivity and a hands-on mindset 🔎 Autonomy to solve problems assertively 📚 Willingness to share knowledge with the team 📺 Active participation in meetings with your camera on (we like to see who’s on the other side)⏳ Availability: 8 hours per day (within business hours) dedicated to the client Prepare yourself, review your knowledge, and count on us to support you in this challenge✨ Ready to help shape the future of technology?📩 Send your résumé and salary expectations to: vemprakaspper@kaspper.com We’re here to make it happen — together#VemPraKaspper 💙
