Role Overview We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong brand instincts and a sharp eye for detail to support both rezy and client work. This role sits at the intersection of branding, social media, and presentation design. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across social platforms and client deliverables, including carousels, quote cards, thumbnails, pitch decks, and reports. You'll work closely with strategists, social managers, and leadership to translate ideas into clean, compelling visual systems. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, values craft, and thrives in a premium, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Design on-brand social media assets, including carousels, quote cards, thumbnails, and other graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Develop and maintain visual systems and brand consistency across rezy and clients. Design sales decks, pitch presentations, client reports, and internal presentations. Collaborate with social media managers and strategists to turn written concepts into strong visual executions. Adapt designs across formats and platforms while maintaining a high-end aesthetic. Manage feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining quality. Organize design files and assets for easy collaboration and handoff. Support multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency or client-services environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media graphics, and presentation design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for social media platforms and digital-first brands. Comfortable working with luxury, real estate, lifestyle, or personal-brand aesthetics. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. EST-aligned availability. Compensation & Benefits This is a salaried position with compensation expected between $10–$20 USD per hour ($20K-$40K USD per year).
