Design Lead for AI-Forward Product Experiences We're looking for a seasoned design professional to lead our efforts in crafting intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences. As the Head of Product Design , you'll work closely with our CEO, CTO, and Product team to shape the future of our marketplace. Your primary goal will be to define and own the design vision for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless interactions between users, data, and automation. You'll drive end-to-end design, from UX flows to UI systems and visual identity, while mentoring and growing a talented design team. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills: Battle-tested designer : Proven track record of shipping successful products, preferably in startup or marketplaces. Ai-forward mindset : Experience designing around AI to make it feel natural and empowering. Builder's DNA : Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and iteration, with a strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks and design systems.
