Advanced AI Engineer Role We are seeking a senior-level AI engineer with extensive software and AI/ML experience to lead the development of cutting-edge agentic systems. This role combines expertise in applied AI/ML with strong back-end engineering skills to ensure the successful integration of AI models with enterprise systems. AI System Development: Design, implement, and deploy purpose-built AI agents for utility use cases, including predictive operations, customer engagement, and energy optimization. Back-End Integration: Develop APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly connect AI models with grid-level data flows. Pipeline Ownership: Manage the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment to ensure reliability and scalability. AI Risk Mitigation: Address vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control. Excellent English communication skills 5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise/mission-critical systems Strong proficiency in Python and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job) Expertise with ML/LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent
