Merchant Operations Analytics Specialist

Job Responsibilities : 1. Provide data analysis and support for merchant-side operations of Keeta's food delivery business. 2. Collaborate closely with the business operations team, frontline team, and data team to develop scalable indicator systems and operational strategies for different business scenarios, based on the needs of merchant operations. 3. Through in-depth data analysis, collaborate with the business team to deeply explore and gain insights into merchant needs, identifying key business opportunities. 4. Participate in key business projects, provide data analysis support, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results. Job Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mathematics, economics, computer science, or related fields preferred. 2. Solid experience in quotient analysis, mathematical analysis, or related fields. Candidates with experience in leading internet companies or consulting firms are preferred. 3. Proficient in SQL fundamentals and skilled in Python and BI tools. 4. Excellent logical thinking ability, capable of structured analysis and breakdown of problems, possessing independent thinking and critical reasoning skills. 5. Proficient in commonly used data analysis tools, with a solid foundation in mathematical statistics, and past experience in driving business iteration and optimization through analysis to achieve business results. 6. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong teamwork, communication, and project management abilities. 7. Able to use English as working languages.
