Role Description
This is a contractor and remote role for an Appointment Setter - B2B Digital Marketing Sales at Smart Marketer. The role involves setting appointments, scheduling, lead generation, communication, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This applies to both our courses, mentorships and our services at the Smart Marketer Agency.
This role does not involve any cold calling or cold emailing. You will reach out to people on our ecosystem. For example, leads that sign up for webinars or other free resources. But also prospects who are interested in our agency services that need qualification.
Qualifications
- Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills
- Lead Generation and Communication abilities
- Customer Service proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in digital marketing sales is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies
