Delivery Excellence We're seeking an accomplished Project Manager to drive delivery execution across intricate, multi-disciplinary initiatives in a dynamic engineering environment. This role is at the core of business, product, and engineering – interpreting priorities into action, fostering clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency. This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who thrives on taking ownership, navigating uncertainty, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward. Key Responsibilities Owning end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from planning through execution and completion Developing and managing delivery plans, encompassing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination Collaborating closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira) Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and predictability Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required
