A CI&T está buscando Pessoas Desenvolvedoras Fullstack (NodeJS + ReactJS),  para se juntar à nossa equipe dinâmica. Você será alocado a um de nossos principais clientes com maior ecossistema de Beleza Digital do mundo.

Você fará parte de uma Squad de produto multidisciplinar (vários perfis) e mista composta por pessoas da CI&T e do cliente.

Participará dos ritos da Squad como planning, daily, demo e retro, além de 1:1s com as lideranças.

Responsabilidades:

- Definir objetivos das entregas e planejar atividades.

- Ajudar colegas a superar obstáculos e resolver bloqueadores.

- Participar das decisões de implementação e melhorias na arquitetura dos produtos.

- Implementar soluções visando simplicidade, qualidade e performance.

- Manter e revisar códigos através de Code Review e Pair Programming.

- Desenvolver e entender testes (unitários, integrados, funcionais e de performance).

- Melhorar monitoramentos e corrigir incidentes.

- Utilizar dados para identificar melhorias e mapear oportunidades.

- Investigar, testar e propor novas tecnologias.

- Manter documentação atualizada.

- Trabalhar colaborativamente, dando e recebendo feedback.

- Comunicar-se de forma clara e eficaz.

- Incentivar uma cultura de compartilhamento de opiniões e respeito nas discussões.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

Programação Fullstack com NodeJS e ReactJS.

Construção de micro-serviços e consumo de APIs RESTful.

Desenvolvimento de BFFs e micro-frontends.

Programação em JavaScript (NodeJS), HTML, Shell.

Experiência com padrões de arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos na nuvem (AWS Cloud, GCP); 

Conhecimento em produtos AWS e tecnologias de contêiner, como: Docker; Kubernetes, Lambda, Secrets Manager, SQS;

Experiência no desenvolvimento de serviços distribuídos orientados a eventos. (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ);

Versionamento com Git e GitHub.

Conhecimento em SOLID, Clean Architecture ou Clean Code.

Experiência com serverless e contêineres (Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes).

Compreensão de bancos de dados NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) e relacionais (PostgreSQL).

Familiaridade com ferramentas de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).

Uso de ferramentas de monitoramento (New Relic, Ecossistema AWS).
