About The 8Agency.

8Agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. 8Agency is an independent B2B digital marketing agency serving leading technology companies around the world.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate programs that ensure the agency provides high-quality services and meets client needs and expectations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with agency account team and clients, organizing the tasks on our project management tool for the internal team.
  • Check the briefings and deadline to confirm that production team has everything to work.
  • Help production teams with questions about briefings.
  • Divide tasks internally between the teams and negotiate deadlines with account team when necessary.
  • Give Social Media Manager visibility of all tasks that are with the internal team and their status.
  • Participate in weekly rituals with accounts and internal teams to organize the workflow.
  • Send internal material pre approved by CMs for technical review to the content team.
  • Send tasks from social to design and return them when ready for the internal team conference.
  • Review the final material produced by internal team (assets and contents).
  • Send final contents to accounts team for approval with client or to CMs for scheduling.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, preferably with previous experience in tech companies.
  • Comprender el ciclo de vida del cliente, desde el cliente hasta el cierre, e implementar/repetir un plan para generar resultados. Experiencia en Marketing B2B.
  • Some proven program management skills and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization
  • Expertise with ABM tactics as well as email, direct mail, search, display and social marketing techniques.
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to run analysis, track metrics and optimize performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Contracting modality: CLT
  • Preferred location: São Paulo, Brazil.

Must have

  • Advanced English (Mandatory)
  • Spanish (i’ts a plus)
  • Agency experience is a must
