Customer Support Representative - RPG Gaming We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our players via email. This is a remote work opportunity that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve player issues and provide technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and excellent English language skills. They will also have previous experience in the customer support field and be familiar with email etiquette. Job Requirements: Gaming Knowledge: Strong understanding of RPG games, including mobile, PC, and console gaming Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and troubleshooting techniques Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Work Arrangements: Remote Work: This is a fully remote work opportunity Schedule: 24/7 coverage, 5 days a week, 8.5 hours per shift Shifts: 02:00 - 10:30 GMT+2 Time Zone (21:00PM - 05:30AM BRT) Benefits: Competitive Salary: A fair salary with opportunities for promotion Internal Bonuses: Receive bonuses for outstanding performance Paid Time Off: Enjoy 20 paid vacation days per year Paid Training: Participate in a comprehensive 7-week training program
