Backend Software Developer Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced backend software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Go programming language and its ecosystem, as well as experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, efficient, and reliable software systems using Go and related technologies. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of coding practices. Create technical documentation such as specifications and design documents. Troubleshoot and debug software issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform functional and non-functional requirements into actionable work items. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 4 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems. Expert-level proficiency in Go programming language, including syntax, semantics, database connectivity, and object-oriented concepts. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, as well as experience working with Go frameworks such as Gin, Revel, Echo, Beego. Experience in designing and implementing web services ( SOAP, REST, GQL), Terraform, Lambdas, writing APIs, and relational databases. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis. A proven track record of delivering high-quality software on-time and often, with strong communication skills and an intermediate level of English.
