Job Title: Data Lead Engineer About the Role As a senior data engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts and providing technical direction to ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and data operations. Your primary goal is to design and implement scalable data pipelines that process and transform large-scale datasets efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect end-to-end data pipelines using orchestration tools like Apache Airflow to ensure high availability and fault tolerance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Develop and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain data integrity. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth through data-driven decision making. Additionally, you will establish partnerships with vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, a proven track record of leading teams, and experience working with cloud-based data platforms. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
