Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that reinforces Prime Digital Talent Acquisition Hub's long-term identity, purpose, and market positioning. Elevate brand storytelling by building clear messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and creative direction principles. Oversee brand consistency across digital platforms, campaigns, partnerships, and recruitment communications. Lead the evolution of visual and verbal branding elements to ensure a cohesive and differentiated brand experience. Conduct brand audits, competitor analysis, and audience insight studies to refine positioning and strengthen brand relevance. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between brand expression and business objectives. Introduce innovative branding initiatives aimed at enhancing recognition, trust, and emotional connection with target audiences. Guide the creation of brand playbooks, asset libraries, and governance systems. Deliver executive-level presentations articulating the brand strategy, its rationale, and impact on long-term growth. Candidate Qualifications 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or creative leadership roles. Strong understanding of brand architecture, storytelling, design principles, and market differentiation. Experience building or evolving brands in digital-first environments or global markets. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing brand governance independently. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and influence executive stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a creative sensibility and a practical approach to execution.
