Atividades que serão desempenhadas:
A área de Produtos GTRF é responsável pela gestão dos produtos relacionados a financiamento de comércio exterior, antecipação de recebíveis, prestação de garantias e soluções de empréstimos e financiamentos.
É responsabilidade desta área garantir o correto funcionamento destes produtos dentro do banco, do começo ao fim, satisfazendo as necessidades dos nossos clientes corporate, e ao mesmo tempo trazendo rentabilidade e mitigando riscos ao banco.
Também é responsabilidade avaliar a rentabilidade do portfólio de produtos oferecidos, e com isso, propor a aprovação de novos produtos e novos features para os produtos já existentes, sempre que houver demanda e em linha com a estratégia do banco e da área de GTRF.
Por conta disso, é uma área técnica, porém ao mesmo tempo generalista, pois possui interface com todas as áreas locais e globais do banco, desde Finanças, Operações e Jurídico até a área Comercial.
Neste sentido, as atividades do estagiário para suporte à área serão:
• Apoio ao gerenciamento e planejamento de produtos: preparação e revisão de políticas e materiais internos e para clientes.
• Suporte na gestão e governança de aprovação dos produtos: alinhamento com as áreas internas para coleta de pareceres para aprovação e revisão dos produtos.
• Análise financeira e estratégia de resultados do negócio: periodicamente, capturar informações, consolidar, montar relatórios e apresentar indicadores de performance dos produtos e da área como um todo.
• Auxílio nas demais atividades solicitadas e de responsabilidade da área de produtos.
Requisitos
- Inglês avançado – no dia-a-dia é necessário ter contato verbal e escrito com os times globais do HSBC. Espanhol básico é desejado.
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel e PowerPoint
- Pró-atividade e senso de urgência;
- Disponibilidade para estagiar durantes 2 anos;
- Disponibilidade para estagiar durante 30h semanais;
- Estudantes dos cursos de Administração, Ciências Econômicas, Comércio Exterior e áreas correlacionadas
