We are looking for a SAP APO/IBP Consultant , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid , in the city of São Paulo .

In this role you will:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP APO/IBP modules, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
  • Work on SAP ECC Support / enhancement for SAP APO/IBP Functional Modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot the issues, change the configuration, create new configuration.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom development objects and coordinate with technical teams (SAP ABAP) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, such as MM, SD, and FI/CO, to ensure end-to-end process integration.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong analytical verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ideal if you have:

  • Advance English / Intermediate Spanish.
  • APO/IBP.
  • Advanced knowledge of processes: APO gATP - (global Available to Promise), APO PPDS - (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling)
  • Advanced knowledge in: IBP Supply, IBP For Demand, IBP Capacity, IBP Order Based and CI-DS) with users.
  • Knowledge of the integration structure using CPI-DS / SDI.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP APO/IBP configuration and customization.
  • Business oriented to support our client to perform (IT and Business)

Good to Have:

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • ITIL V4 certification is a big plus.
  • Knowledge in AMS Support tools, as ServiceNow
