Key Responsibilities Develop and lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount analysis initiatives. Conduct thorough headcount reconciliation and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency. Effectively manage department expenses by approving and tracking POs. Build, maintain, and refine complex financial models using advanced Excel skills. Design and populate dashboards and KPI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators and analyze performance trends and drivers. Participate in the monthly and quarterly close process, preparing entries and reconciliations as needed. Support global forecasting and budgeting for headcount and operational expenses. Perform variance analysis to ensure expenses are aligned with business objectives. Prepare timely financial reporting for business partners (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc). Automate manual reports in Excel and Hyperion to improve efficiency. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams on various projects and reporting requests. Job Description: The Finance team is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A and month-end close activities across the Products team.
