We are seeking an experienced revenue operations specialist to support our growing US client base. This role involves working at the intersection of sales, services, and systems to drive operational excellence across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for process optimization, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include: Sales Operations: Develop and implement efficient Salesforce processes for sales and account management teams, focusing on lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene Services Operations: Support professional services leadership with project setup, time tracking, and revenue recognition workflows in coordination with finance CRM and Systems Administration: Serve as the Salesforce administrator for all go-to-market functions, including user management, profiles, validation rules, and custom workflows Data and Reporting: Create recurring and ad-hoc reports to support revenue forecasting, KPI reviews, and business insights Required skills and qualifications: Excellent English communication skills Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar analytical GTM roles Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Experience with SaaS business models, including ARR tracking, renewals, and professional services revenue workflows
