About This Role As a seasoned scheduling optimization expert , you will drive business outcomes by developing and maintaining advanced models that optimize resource allocation and scheduling. This challenging position requires strong analytical skills, mathematical rigor, and the ability to balance complex constraints with practical feasibility. You will thrive in an environment where collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement large-scale scheduling models using advanced optimization techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate operational rules, contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and business constraints into model formulations. Develop and maintain robust optimization models that consider event calendars, service times, passenger volumes, and destinations. Apply optimization solvers to generate feasible and efficient schedules. Requirements Proven expertise in optimization modeling (integer programming, constraint programming, heuristics/metaheuristics). Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Julia, or C++. Hands-on experience with optimization solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools).
