Business Intelligence Developer Role We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Business Intelligence solutions. About the Job The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in data visualization, ETL processes, and database management. They will work independently and contribute to strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that support business decision-making. This role involves developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, Fabric, and SSRS, as well as designing and managing ETL processes using SSIS to ensure data integrity across large datasets. The candidate will also perform advanced queries and optimizations in SQL Server and work with Azure databases, create automated workflows with Power Automate to improve operational efficiency, and contribute to BI strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions and improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of experience in BI development and data analysis. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP), and SQL. Strong experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server. Experience with Azure database solutions and Power BI Fabric. Knowledge of ETL principles and data modeling for rapid report generation. Familiarity with source code management tools (TFS, CVS, Subversion). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
