🌟 Job Responsibilities
- Help design and improve services and strategies that make the rider experience better.
- Research local rider communities to understand their needs and challenges.
- Work with the product team to create and improve features that make delivery processes smoother.
- Build feedback channels and collect rider input to continuously improve strategies and products.
✅ Requirements:
- This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026.
- Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
- Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience.
- Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs.
